A special purpose vehicle in the form of public limited company "Punjab bus metro society." was set up to operate and manage the public transport system in Amritsar.
The aforesaid company is operating AC Buses in BRT corridor.
The buses with 2 broad doors are allowing passengers to board and alight quickly and easily, save time and fuel, and give better run-times and improved economy to the bus operators.
All buses are equipped with the ITS features & monitored at the Transit Management Center.PBMS main objective is the enhancement of the Public Transport Services in Amritsar & make the services sustainable, safe & comfortable.CALL_PHONE PermissionWe are using call phone permission call without going to the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call from amritsar BRTS in support.
